Dk ok Terms & Conditions

Dk ok (dkok.run) is an online gaming and betting platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between dk ok and all registered users.

By using dk ok's website, mobile app, or any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using dk ok's services.

Dk ok reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of dk ok after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with dk ok, the following conditions must be met:

• Each individual may operate one account only.
• Providing your correct name, address, phone number, and email is mandatory.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts, but identity verification will be required.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

As part of dk ok's security policy, all members may be required to complete an identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) process. This applies in particular when:

• Withdrawal requested for the first time.
• A large transaction of ৳50,000 or more is made.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• There is a risk of bonus abuse.

You may be required to provide a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving license for verification. dk ok stores all verified documents with the highest level of security.

The following rules apply to all deposits made on dk ok:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods are accepted.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Using third-party accounts or payment methods registered under someone else's name is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.

The following rules apply to all withdrawals from dk ok:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳5,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• The required wagering must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Dk ok's bonuses and promotions are subject to the general terms below. Additional terms may apply for specific bonus offers.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• Bonus funds typically require a wagering completion of 10–30x (x10–x30) before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any bonus that expires will be automatically forfeited.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies will result in the forfeiture of all associated accounts and funds.
• Cashback bonus applies to net losses only and may not be directly eligible for withdrawal.
• dk ok reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following rules are mandatory for all betting activity on dk ok:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — however, the cash-out feature may be used where applicable.
• The maximum bet limit for any event is set by dk ok and may vary.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a data error or technical issue, dk ok reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• dk ok is not liable for any bet delays caused by internet disconnection during live betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on dk ok and will result in immediate account closure:

• Match fixing or any form of fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account under a false identity.
• Coordinated or structured betting aimed at abusing bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches for personal gain.
• Harassing other members or attempting to steal personal information.

Dk ok may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breach of Terms.
• Failed KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious financial activity.
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion).
• Legal obligations or directives from regulatory authorities.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the verified balance will be refunded. However, closure due to a breach of terms may result in forfeiture of funds. Members may contact Support to request closure of their own account.

Dk ok takes your personal data seriously. We follow a dedicated privacy policy governing how your information is collected, used, and protected.
